This website and all its services (including the desktop and online PDF merger) are powered by Icecream Apps LTD. All intellectual property rights and ownership of software, site content, and related materials reside with Icecream Apps LTD.

The Products are powered by Icecream Apps LTD. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

4. License Grant & Use Rights

4.1 Desktop PDF Merger

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use one copy of our desktop PDF merger on your personal or business device, strictly in compliance with these Terms and any applicable subscription or license agreement.

4.2 Online PDF Merger

You may access and use the Online Service through your web browser for your own lawful, personal, or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

5. User Content & Uploaded Files

  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all PDF files and content (“User Content”) that you upload, merge, or process using our Products.
  • Permissions: By uploading or processing files, you confirm you have all necessary rights and permissions and that your use does not infringe any third-party rights or laws.
  • Processing: We and our service providers may store, process, and transmit your files solely to operate and improve the Products. Files processed online may be stored temporarily and are deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Restrictions

You must not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to access the source code of the Products;
